Auction says "ALL" orginal. That would indicate that the powertrain is untouched, which looked to me like it was. This would be a creditably issue.

just because it says it does, does not make it so.The engine has been out and parts are missing.NO ONE that I know of has actually looked at the block to see if its the numbers matching block.I talked to Gregg at Norwalk and he saw the car but did not verify the numbers. It is now down to a price that it really does not matter.JMO,Tom

Just out of pure curiousity, how much do you think this car is worth if it was confirmed as a non #'s car? That is granted that a sucker would not pay to much for it.And what if it was a #'s car? I am not up on values at all, please educate me. So how much % wise does a non #'s matching lose? I've followed this thread closely, and I think the majority of you are correct hthat this car is deinitely an original survivor. Thanks

you must be VERY bored in your life, since you seem so worrird about whats going on in mine.by the way,my wife went and bought groceries today.just thought you might want to know.if you look at the high bidders bidding activity with this seller, its 45%.just wanted to see how much his BUDDY had in on his bid.i have been TRYING to buy this car for about 7 weeks now,but its always one game after another with the seller.i hope this satisfies your curiousity on what im doing.

You forgot to tell us how much your wife spent on groceries .Maybe if you cut back on the twinkies for a couple weeks you could raise your bid and get that 69 ta .

The hidden bidder system that e-bay uses changes the ID's.

Therefor g**g (622) would not be Greg.

He should have taken the offer you made when you went there - or the even better one he said he got before you got there!

Boy, little did i know when I created this thread the saga that would ensue. It appears this seller has some real issues. Seems all he is doing is pissing off potential buyers.

If someone here is bidding on it - good luck - hope you get it!

I bet he is kicking himself with the 1st auction going to over $70,000 and $59,000 with the 2nd one. This is what happens when you get greedy.
