Default Anyone in MA looking for a home with a garage/lift?

If so let me know. I have a listing coming up in Freetown that zoned General Business. Has a 4 car or so garage with a in floor lift.

I think you should put up a few more pictures showing the huge garage and the location with the water across the street and show how easy it is to get to off of 24. Way too much house for me but it is a nice setup.
I owned a few condos down that road a bit further in north Fall River.

Typically anyone that is interested could do an Ariel google search of the area and could see where the onramp to 24 is and where the water is in regards to the house.

I think the requirement of flood insurance is scaring people away. It's insurance, doesn't mean the house floods.

Well folks the owner moved back to MA, did some updates to the house, got an elevation certificate to avoid needing flood insurance, and the house will be back on the market soon. If someone wanted to work at Amazon Distribution in Fall River MA, this home is just down the road. Should be back on the market in the next two weeks. I'll post pics of the updated home soon.
