Default cruise season over.

first cruise of the year car ran fine . came off highway exit motor started too rap. think i spun a rod bearing. what to do now? rebuild or find replacement.this totally sucks

Rebuild it, there is plenty of cruise season left as it has just started !!!!!!

guess ill pull the motor and see what went bad. just cant believe the bad luck .

Find a good running Buick or Olds engine and drop it in there
bad joke

Check as many things as possible before you pull it out.
Maybe its just a dented oil pan - or the baffle or sump pick up fell off -
or .... ...

Default the wait begins

motor out bearings wiped out hope crank can be repaired . dont know who built this motor but have never seen a castle nut on a rod bolt.it will get done right this time.

Maybe look around for a running 350 you could throw in while rebuilding yours the right way?

Heck, I've even got a few Pontiac 350/326 motors in the garage for just such emergencies.

yes, made it there but came home on the flatbead.almost punched out the punk kid that said to buy a mopar .
