Default Brake upgrade

Could anyone point me in the right direction for brake upgrades on my 55 4dr wagon?

I plan on keeping the drums all around, but want to switch from original single reservoir to duel reservoir.

Note: I have not driven the car yet and thought this might be a good upgrade. Thoughts?
Thank you!

Also: I pulled the defrost box out to make room for a MC. I’m in southern CA and don’t think I need one.

Ive welded in a 1/8" plate where the defroster was and mounted a 55 Chevy hanging pedal assembly. It had to be shorted because of the location of the speedometer. A support bracket was added on to support it to the dash. Also i lengthened the pedal to get it close to factory location. Sorry about the sideways image. Im using a dodge aluminum mc. 85 6th ave, yhis style comes in many bore sizes. Im using an adjustable proportioning valve.
