I think I will paint my Lemans "green with envy". That is one gorgeous car.

Don -

I'll second Gary K's comments. I spent a good bit of time in Norwalk looking it over and it was already hot in primer. Have you spent any time on the road with it yet, or just on and off the trailer? How does it perform? Love to have an article about it for the Little Indians newsletter.

gstoib,I drove it to a local car show last Saturday. It drives real well and it's a lot faster than I thought it would be. I'll try to put something together next week. I still have a lot to do to it- interior, wiring, sanding and buffing, bumpers and a whole lot of cleaning. I'am going to Moultrie Ga swap meet this weekend.(not taking the 03-06 P-GTO)
PS,THANKS EVERYONE FOR ALL THE KIND WORDS

I got to see the car in-person for the first time at the Georgia BOPC show a couple weekends ago. You cannot imagine the detail and craftsmanship that Don put into this car. It is, simply put - over the top and looks absolutely fabulous in person. Hats off to you Don for an amazing project. Post up some of the finished pics. This car deserves a cover of HPP and a nice feature article inside.

Well it’s been a minute.

I wonder what Don is doing with this car now.

Hopefully still enjoying it.

Default 63-06 GTO

Well, sad to say I sold the 63 about 7 years ago to a guy in California.
I got tired of it breaking half shafts every time I tried to take it down the drag strip.
I wish now I had put a 9 inch ford under it.
But, hind sight is always 20/20
