Default Wrong Saginaw Steering Box?

I have a Saginaw Power steering Box that came with my 1969 FB but it does not seem to line up with the pre-drilled holes in the sub frame. The #s on the box are as follows: Date code on top cover is 017 9. The other # next to the worm gear adjustment nut is: 5585555. The # on the box it self is: 5691676 with # 28 just below it. Can someone tell me what this box might belong to? Thanks.

That sounds like the right one. Dated 17th day of 69.
The 676 box was used in lots of other applications.

All the 800 Saginaw boxes used the same mounting bolt pattern up to end of production. Three or Four hole mountings interchange

Do you have a reproduction sub-frame, or is it the factory subframe?

The repop's are somewhat notorious for not having several of the mounting provisions for various parts drilled in the wrong locations.
