Here my 4 door lemans. I know, still looking for some decent 17" or more original wheels. On the other hand i like the black/blank combo, so prob the new ones should also have this combo. Gtzz from Holland

Had a couple of warm days and was able to get my all original 1966 Tempest Custom Sprint looking its best. Did the whole clean-clay-glaze-wax thing. The glaze was the most important step. Meguiars Number 7. That stuff is pure gold on old single stage paint.

It doesn't do too bad on base coat/clear coat either. It is the best thing you can put on any car/truck paint product before you wax it. I've used it for lacquer, urethane,
and base coat/clear coat for the cars I've had and the 66 GTO I have now.

It really brought out the color of my Nightwatch Blue 66 Tempest Custom I had back in the 70s.

Here is my 66 Tempest, I have had it a little over 15 years. I have had a ton of GTO's, but for some reason I have loved this Tempest the most. Shown with Rally I's and also with Torque Thrust wheels, can't decide which I like the best.

Bump for a great thread. Here's our '67 LeMans on a nice day. It has a ton of options, including AC, Tilt, Cruise, PW, Opera Lights, Lighted ignition switch, AM/FM radio, disc brakes, etc. We didn't have the redlines on for very long, as they were really old. They were on some 15" x 7" wheels that we bought. I'd like to have the redlines again, but the prices are ridiculously expensive now.

Sooner or later I'm going to have to go with those wheels. They just look so great.
