67 Firebird convertible sold by "The Beverly Hills Car Club" whatever that's worth at $36.5K. You'd think for that much money they'd put a top on it.

Here's an odd one. 75 Catalina with 35K miles NR at $1500 in Michigan. I'd drive this around if it was cheap enough. Mint green interior and the windows between the rear windshield and the door windshield looks different.

Agreed. I love the cockpit of the 69-72 Grand Prix. The 69 seats are my favorite of any Pontiac, especially in green.

Every time I fly overseas on AA I gotta walk by these damn Business Class seat/beds on our way to the premium economy* section. Average another $3,500 R/T more for 2; can't yet justify it... Business has come a long way in 20 years!

In the mid 90's I was in my 30's and flying from Japan to LA. Big plane and the outside rows were two seats. I find my seat and sitting next to me is an extremely attractive woman. I get situated and make some small talk. Before the plane takes off, the Stewardess (that's what they called them then) came over and asked me if I'd like a seat in first class. I have no idea what's going on, so I said sure.

She takes me up to the pods and points to my pod. I was a Service engineer back then and was looking to crash; it was a connecting flight from Denmark (amazing place). I get all comfy in my pod and she asks me if I want to watch a movie. This was before DVD's, so she brings me a small tape to watch a movie while I ate dinner. That was impressive at the time... Wow.. the future is now! Dinner was good, but not great. It's like eating dinner at a highly rated expensive restaurant. If it's not the best meal of your life it fails to meet your expectations. Here it was given to me free and I was disappointed.

I can sleep through a lot, but when you get a bunch of older people in those pods it's a snore fest, so ear plugs. I get up in the morning fully rested and they serve breakfast. It was high falutin eggs and spinach that tasted like crap. All I wanted was a coach meal (they used to serve meals). I land and it was a wonderful flight... not sure how much it would have cost me?

I just now realized the reason I was sent up to high ground was so someone else could sit next to that hot chick.

Japan to LAX in F must have been nice! Supposedly F on an Asian carrier is really something to write home about.

I finally got decent status with Alaska last year but AA treats us like rented red-headed step-children as far as upgrades go.

I mentioned this once to an Alaska CSR and they noted this was common with AA and BA, OneWorld alliance be damned!

75 Trans AM 455 4-speed in Michigan with 17" honeycombs at NR $20.7K. Super clean. Adding the T-Tops prolly seemed like a good idea at the time, but now, not so much. The shaker graphics look out of place IMO and the car would look better with stock stickers.

Just MHO, this one screams poorly done restoration. Not that it can't be fixed, but it is what it is. 70 GTO convertible dealer car in Texas at $52K BIN. The nose has clearly been repainted and the top and seats have wrinkles. The trim rings are wrong, so it makes me wonder what else is also wrong? It's a nice car, but not $52K nice IMO.
