Engine bay paint gloss
I'm rebuilding an engine that's in a 64' Catalina convertible. While the engine is out the customer wanted me to repaint the inner fender fenders and core support. Can anyone tell me what gloss black paint should be there? The paint on there currently looks pretty glossy to me but I don't know if it's original to the car or not.

Thanks Tom! That's what I'm leaning toward.

Eastwood Underhood Black is very much like OEM and very easy to work with.
I've used it on serveral restorations, including our two '64 GTO's. Both won Concours Gold at national Pontiac Conventions.

Was I dreaming this or... isn't there a common black semi-gloss (John Deere? Rustoleum?) that is not expensive, sticks great, and can be catalyzed with a hardener?
