I have the dash bezel out of my 69 bird. My question is will the dash lights work with the bezel off? there is a grounding strap mounted to the light switch and the wiper switch. Will I need to ground the light switch to check the bulbs on the dash?

not sure , i think its grounded with the plug, that plugs in the back of the dash panel.
