Non A/C clear glass and the right window has been replaced with a tinted window no heated glass in the rear, windshield is non original and broken. So at this point I doubt the date of manufacture is needed, am I correct? The rear glass and left window could be original but they are clear anyway.

Just to keep everyone appraised of the situation with the car, I just bought a 4WD dually and I will be picking it up Friday and will use the truck to get the car out of the back yard and up to my driveway so I can start taking pictures of parts people have asked for and checking the condition of some other parts people are waiting to find out about. I should have pictures and parts condition of any and all parts that anyone has asked about over the weekend. If you want the part please don't hesitate to let me know as time is of the essence in getting the car out of my yard to avoid any fines and more run ins with the village I live in.

Thanks for your understanding, Brad Yost

I could use the lower interior moldings around the back window, willing to take complete set upper and lower.
Thanks,
Greg

Default Need a Rear Axle Bumper

I am in need of a Rear Axle bumper for a 1970 - 1981 Firebird/Trans Am. This piece is bolted into the center of the Rear-End well, just above the rear end pumpkin. Here is a diagram of the part I am looking for, (#47 in the call out), if you have one from a parts car that is in good shape, I am interested. I am doing a high level resto, so I am looking for a "very good" or "excellent" quality part. The original PN was/is 481834, but in 1976 GM changed the PN to 525419. The same part number (525419) was used on Firebirds from 1970 - 1981.

Does the car still have the 1/4 turn plastic screws that hold the panel on below the steering wheel? I've been looking for a set of those.

Then line for the shaker is already 6 ahead of you, I'd be glad to make you 7th in line if you wish.

Interior is black, door panels are in pretty ragged shape as the right window was broken and left out in the weather for over a year. It's doubtful they could be used for anything.

I was under it today and it looked fine, I'm pulling the rear axle and driveline in the next day or two I'll look at it better when I get the other parts off of it and get back with you.
