Oil leak GONE!!
Thanks all! And thanks Wade at BOP Engineering. Went with the one piece gasket. Worked on it all day yesterday and got the engine pulled and replaced. Used ultra black on the corners and just because I don't plan to reuse the gasket I also smeared a light coat around the rails also. Waited 24 hours to fill oil and start, drove hard today with no leaks. |

Chad, did you pull the crankshaft completely? I need to change my rear seal on a 1969 400. I have the BOP seal already. Looking for any tips. Thx in advance.

Nice job.
Will be using the BOP one-piece oil pan gasket as well as their one-piece rear main seal on my '64 421 build. I want a leak-free old Pontiac V8 too.
