Hi Paul,

We've been very conservative with the tune and boost so far, the port walls cracking between the intake and exhaust I'm told is fairly common if there isn't a lot of material. In hindsight when porting we would have left much more material there.

Merry Christmas!

John Marcella, finishing up some machine work on the Raven's DCI RAV heads, next stop the machine shop for a valve job and then back to John for final assembly.

John had to weld up the valve seat area and then clean up the spark plug holes.

When back together, we do run at New England Dragway fairly regularly and indicate when we're going usually a few days in advance here.

This is one of the "RAVEN's" DCI RAM AIR V Heads just got back from John Marcella. Moldstar 90 Seats, More material added between valve seats all blended nicely.

No, added material to the shared intake/exhaust port walls to prevent cracking. In hindsight, when porting heads for a boosted engine, leave as much material as possible in certain areas.
