TH400 troubles-help
Drove 350mi to a NDRL to race NSS with the 63 tempest. First pass won't shift at WOT. Get back to pits and trans hot. Hrs. later try manually shifting instead of usually letting it do its own thing with govenor set for around 5,500. Won't shift at WOT and notice slipping on return road and its getting hot again. Pull in trailor-shut off and come up short so decide to just push it the last 1 1/2 ft. Won't push-and 1/2 hr. later will. DUH

Something is seasing up it would seem and it's very likely to be a issue that can't be fixed with the trans in the car.
