Default 1970 gto headrest

Anyone know of a place that restores 70 gto headrests,mine has the typical busted seams

Just buy another set somewhere - I don't think anyone does the heat-sealed seams like the originals.

Problem is finding a pair of sandalwood headrests not torn,looking for maybe saddle or ivory,could redye them 69 parchment won't fit different notches on bars

Does'nt Just Dashes restore headrests and consels?

Well, they do headreats. Just not sure how. I am assumung they would be top notch. Have not seen any, that I know of.

Just had a pair of 67 headrests restored by Just Dashes. Sent them out black. Came back in parchment matched to a sample from Legendary Interiors. They look NOS. Better than I hoped for.

$550 plus another $50 to match the parchment from Legendary. A lot of money for sure, but if you want them done duplicating the factory process they are the only game in town.

thanks for the info I found a pair of headrests that look decent,but its good to know that they can be redone ,correctly
