Need 63 Tempest Passenger Quarter Panel

I know where a 63 Lemans coupe is located up here. It is a North Dakota car been off road since 1980 looks like clean sheetmetal. I can buy the car and part it out.
How much is a clean quarterpanel worth for these cars? Maybe worth my effort to do this after all. |

If it has no rust, I would pay $200 for the quarter panel plus shipping. A brand new '64 quarter panel on eBay costs $129 - $195.
