1967 GTO 400 HO YZ engine for sale
For sale 1967 GTO 400 HO YZ code engine. Engine date code d-24-7, 670 heads date code d-26-7, Intake date code d-27-7. I do not see any date codes on exhaust manifolds but they are still on engine. Original intake is not currently on engine but is included with the engine. This engine was just pulled from a running car and ran well. To the best of my knowledge it has never been torn down but I cannot say that for 100% certainty. The engine is complete with the exception of the original carb. The original starter heat shield and positive battery cable shield are also still with the engine. The engine held good oil pressure and sounded good. Was driven over 200 miles the weekend before removal. The right hand exhaust manifold has one stud ear broken off. Also have original exhaust flanges to go with engine. no one interested in this engine
I have had no interest in this engine. If no one needs it I am going to part it out and build a 461 stroker motor for my 68 firebird out of the block.
