This was my 78. W72/4 speed. Car was a stripper. W72, cloth, Aluminum wheels. Car was even a raido delete. Bought new by a girl who's dad was a Pontiac guy. I bought it in 93 and sold it in 97 I believe. I do miss her.

Here is my 80' T/A, the bird was done by a previous owner, and it will need paint in the next few years. It's has a recently completed 461 which is my only modification so far. It's stupidly clean for a MN car, which I felt lucky to find! I'll post some before and after pictures of the engine bay in the next couple of days!

It showed up today - like Christmas in July! 43,099 miles on the odometer, but 75 got added already - along with the correct drivers side arm rest (had a perfect black one on it ) and an NOS front bumper emblem from my parts drawer. Torquey as hell, but no A/C!

301 4spd, W50, WS6, Tilt, Power Locks, Limited Slip, custom belts, rear defroster, Tach & Gauges, Soft Ray - All, Lamp Group, mats F&R, Power Antenna, Radio Accommodation Package, Custom Trim - velour.

It's the lowest mileage vehicle I own!

Great looking Formula! Love it!

And love the Goodyear ST's! Wish Goodyear would come back out with those!!! Really don't like the look of that "II" stamp on the Goodyear Eagles now.

Eagles are much better tires though.

Car looks great. Always like seeing the low mileage survivors.

I don't know, how do I tell? No performance gear option on the PHS.

It spins 2nd & will chirp third without much effort.

the 301 c.i. just doesnt have enough rpm. i always wandered what it would be like to put a bigger cam and do some head work to them. back in the early 80's, there wasnt any cam choices for them. dont know if that still holds true nowdays or not. as for the gear ratio, you would have to spin and count it (based on the fact it is a limited slip and properly working) or look the code up.

I went to see a medicine man today (read paint-less dent repair) and decades of door dings simply vanished!

Odometer now reads 43,272.

Those guys are amazing aren't they? What color is this car Chris? The interior on my 74 Fire Coral Bronze Formula 455 was a very similar color and fabric but the exterior color was darker than yours - almost like a Castillian Bronze. Yours is sort of like a Canyon Copper. Very pretty color.
