Default WIW 67 GP convertible project

I have a friend with a 67 GP convertible.

It is a 400 car, blue with white interior and top, 8 lugs, pw, tilt, buckets/console. Solid car except for some shag on the rear wheel openings (includes two full Texas rust free qtrs. from a 67 GP HT.

Was a running driving car taken apart in 2007 for a restoration. Taken completely apart except engine and trans. Project stopped in 2008 and put in storage.

The storage location is tight so pictures are tough. Just imagine a body shell and lots of parts

What is it worth?

Thanks.
Craig

$1,000? Maybe $1,500 with the quarters?

I mean really you are talking about a basket case with not better than scrap value and then maybe only to a local big car lover.

Be interested to see some pics, even if they are "tight".

Sadly yes. Convertibles tend to rust and big cars like this have a bunch of 1 year only parts. Being that it's a pile of parts it's only going to be worth a labor of love for a GP lover or someone who needs parts for their project.

Done they're worth some bucks (not GTO numbers), but in boxes they are a hard sell.

You could probably get $2000-3000 from the right buyer. If it was a stick car or 428 the interest would be higher.
