Default 66 GTO drum brake parts.

A pal of mine removed all his 66 GTO drum brakes and swapped them for discs. So, I am offering this stuff to my Pontiac friends as likely there are some here that need parts from this car.

This GTO convertible had been undercoated long ago so there is lots of undercoat still on the backing plates. I washed them at the car wash and they need sandblasted but I did not want to hide anything by doing that. I'd like to get $50 for all four of the backing plates. New Chinese ones are $60 a piece typically but thers are original Delco Moraine. They are obviously worn where the shoes rubbed but a guy/gal with a welder could fill the wear marks and make them great again.

The parking brake cables are good and free. $10 is good for them I think.

It had four different drums, and all look good inside but shipping these will be a lot. Pay for shipping and a few bucks for me to box them and you can have them.

All the other stuff can be yours too. Master cylinder, brake springs, front hubs, etc.. None of it is really clean but it is all pretty much there. $15 and it is yours!!

I can't attach the photos I have so if interested, PM me and I'll email photos to you. Most will not need or want this stuff as drum brakes are tough to drive with so I am donating it all to the metal man at the end of the week, (around July1) unless someone reaches out to me . Thanks!
