Hi Eaglesan 13,

If you ever decide to sell your bird
please let me know.
It's one of the "wish list" contenders...
blue/sandalwood.

Thanks,RC

Great car...love the color. Just curious what intake and carb you changed to. Did it make a performance difference? I'm at a crossroads where I need to either rebuild my 2BBL or go with a 4BBL and new intake. Some people claim that there won't be much if any performance difference if I stick with the stock cam. The only thing that's not stock on mine now is the dual exhaust. Scheiny

It is coming along well. Engine and trans are done and ready to go on the subframe. Subframe
needs steering linkage and brake system installed. I hope to have the drivetrain in it in the next couple of weeks. I am hoping that it will be driveable in late July or August, but there is alot of assembly to do yet.

OK, I wish it still looked like this...
Current plans 1. Fix it enough (not much) to get back on the road (been jonesin for a cruise for a few years) 2. Accumulate parts for future frame off resto (close to orig.).

70 Formula 400, 71 XY replacement engine (darn it), A/C, converted to 4 speed, original color silver.

She handles pretty good. No complaints yet The drive home has 147 turns on windy road from town.

The Phoenix has risen.

I actually bought the car to go with my
exceptionally good looking dog.

Still needs some work, but it's now residing
in my garage instead of the mechanic's.
