Arrow All Pontiac & GMC Truck Day is back! November 6, 2022 in Tucson, Arizona

All Pontiac & GMC Truck Day 2022 - Tucson, AZ
is the Arizona Chapter POCI's (Pontiac-Oakland Club, International) largest event, held every-other year in Central Tucson.
YOU'RE INVITED, so save the date!

This event is a FREE, FUN, NON-JUDGED car and truck display and membership drive. It is open to both current club members and to prospective members and guests to display their "road warrior" (unfinished/project cars) and/or show-quality Pontiacs/Oaklands/GMC Trucks.

ALL MODELS / ALL YEARS of Pontiacs, Oaklands & GMC Trucks — regardless of condition or appearance, stock or modified — are welcomed here! Come hang out with fellow enthusiasts. No judging, no classes, no attitudes... Just relax and have fun in a picturesque, shaded parking area!

In past years, we've had some amazing Pontiacs and GMCs on display... Everything from a cool classic 1937 GMC Cabover COE Semi Truck to an electric-powered 1985 Trans Am to late-model Solstice and G8 GXPs ...plus plenty of full-size classic Pontiacs, Fieros, Grand Prixs, muscular GTOs, LeMans, Firebirds and more Wide-Trackin' excitement!

Please note that this year's event will again be held on a SUNDAY.
Here are the details:

Or, simply arrive at the event site NO EARLIER than 10am to line-up for free "Day Of" registration.

Participants and spectators are asked to NOT arrive prior to our 10am start time.

For safety reasons, participants are required to remain parked in-position throughout the event from 10am - 2pm. You will not be permitted to leave early.

If you cannot stay for the entire four-hour event, you will be asked to park outside of our reserved, designated display area.

This event is limited to those vehicles which promote the Pontiac, Oakland, or GMC Truck brands only. This also means NO CHEVY Trucks or other GM-built vehicles will be permitted.

FREE collectible Dash Plaques will be available to the first 50 participants. Pre-registering is the only way to ensure you'll get one!

All current and new members of the Arizona Chapter POCI will be treated to a FREE picnic lunch. Join the chapter during the event and enjoy a complimentary lunch on us!

A small run of collectible, limited edition T-Shirts will be offered by Pre-Order only. This year's full-color design features a 1972 GMC pickup and a 1962 Catalina, celebrating their 50th and 60th anniversaries respectively. To order your shirt, download the Pre-Registration Form from our website (www.TucsonMotorama.com) and complete the appropriate section. All orders must be PAID IN ADVANCE, postmarked by October 24, 2022.

Pre-ordered shirts will be available to pick up at the event. Additional shirts will NOT be available to purchase at the event. Don't miss out... you gotta act right away!

There are NO trophies presented at All Pontiac & GMC Truck Day, but FOUR VEHICLES will be singled-out at the end of the day for special recognition:

• The "Golden Jackstand" recognizes one vehicle (any year) in attendance with "promise and potential." Push, pull or drag it there on a trailer... We really do wanna see what you've got!
• The "Bill Armstrong Memorial" recognizes one modified or customized vehicle (any year) which is built to suit its owner's personal taste and unique vision.
• The "Ross Whitehead Memorial" recognizes one significant (pre-1964) car or truck which epitomizes enthusiasm for the Pontiac-Oakland-GMC Truck hobby.
• The "Al Coloman Memorial" recognizes one significant (1964 or later) car or truck which also captures enthusiasm for the hobby.

Be sure to review our website for an informative "F-A-Q" section with all the latest, updated information including:

Every participant and spectator is urged to bring a few non-perishable FOOD ITEMS for the COMMUNITY FOOD BANK OF SOUTHERN ARIZONA. Look for an on-site collection box in which to place your donations near our Registration Canopy. Although this is not a requirement for participation, we thank you in advance for thinking of others less fortunate.

Duh! Just noticed a typo in the original post...

The correct street address for the Viscount Suite Hotel is 4855 E. Broadway Blvd, one block east of Swan Road in central Tucson.

This is the same location where this event was held in 2014, 2015, 2017 and 2019, providing great visibility to drive-by traffic on Broadway Blvd with a couple of nearby lunch options.

If you are interested in participating, PLEASE pre-register right away so that we can better plan for this event!

Here is a direct LINK to the Pre-Reg Form. <--(click the word "link.")

This will enable you to download the two-page flyer from our website at www.TucsonMotorama.com
