Unless he closed up shop within the last few months I believe he does, just not rebuilds. But I spoke to him this summer when I was looking for some parts.

I emailed him recently asking him if he still did m23z 4 speeds and he replied "mot at this time". I think he must have either retired or has a medical problem.
