That extra 1/2" - 3/4" all the way around is costly.

I found pictures of the radio support bracket, and it looks like it's just an "L" bracket, so I can probably just make one.

Also, does anyone have the small bracket that attaches the light bulb to the top of the ashtray (also for '63 - maybe all the same)?

Apparently no one makes the larger windshield. So $ 995 is an nos one. Yes that was from Vintage glass.

Default Windshield

Contact all the large glass company’s. They may have some setting in inventory. And cheaper than $900+.

Default Wanted - '63 Front License Plate Bracket

Does the '63 use a bracket to mount the front license plate? The previous owner of my car just had the plate attached to the upper two screws of the valence, but since there are also lower screws that are spaced closer together, I'm assuming there should be a bracket to mount it properly.

Just found this picture - looks like the bracket just attaches to the lower holes. I can probably make something to work, but would prefer a correct piece if possible.

The bracket, besides holding the plate, also moves the bottom of the plate forward so its straight up & down. Instead of slanting back at the bottom.

I have always wondered the same thing. If someone has one of these we can most likely copy and fabricate something pretty close.

Am seeing this on ebay this morning, it looks a lot like the bracket in the photo. Something like this may be close enough to work

Most likely that InlineTube bracket could be modified to work, but might be just as easy to start with a piece of flat steel or aluminum stock and bend my own. It basically needs to look like this from above with an angle bent into the inner straight piece to match the curvature of the valance.

Hey Keith,

How much did you want for the carb? Is it ready to bolt on or needing rebuilt? The one on my car is not original and is in need of a new base & rebuild.

Thanks,

Mark

Default 63 Lemans tail lamp bezel and fuel door.

Just took my tail lamp bezels and fuel door for re-chroming and was quoted $2000 because of how pitted they are. Looking for ones that are in half decent shape to be chromed.
