Default 67 GTO Rear trailing arm install

Do you tighten bolts in the air or with weight on rear end? Would think with weight but wanted to check first, Thanks!

With weight. All suspension parts, front AND rear. Otherwise you load the bushings in the wrong location and they twist and split.
