Is this the plastic rectangular bushing with one curved end, mounted in a bracket, that the cable rides through, under the front bumper? That look like this?

That looks like part of it ,the guide , do you have the rest?

No, that was it. Nobody makes the plastic bushings and I never found any other application that it was used for. It was a one-year-only, plastic do-hicky thing.
