Default 89 TA rear end noise........help!!

I have a very hot 89 TA street car cruiser (10.90s) and installed the 2" lowering springs, Mosar 12 bolt 4:11, all adjustable bars underneath including the Spohn torque arm. The rear end whines like crazy all thru the car. I've tried 3 different gearsets with no help. I've moved the pinion angle up and down-no help. I finally put the stock 9 bolt back in with the stock torque arm. Guess what.....it's not as bad but the noise is still there!! I've spent months looking underneath and I just can't figure it out. Before I lowered it, the stock 9 bolt was super quiet. What am I missing here?? I have worried with this for a LONG time. I love the car but I hate to drive it.

Also I connected the front and rear subframes and added a roll cage.

Bad tranny mount? Bad driveshaft? put the stock rear springs back in and see if that helps at all.

New tranny mount, driveshaft balance checked and both new u joints. I was trying to keep from swapping the springs but I may end up doing it.

It might be the adjustments on the lower control arms...did you put the relocation brackets on the rear end when you lowered the car?
