Default OIL DRIPPERS

I'm installing my oil drippers on my '65 421. Pulled the valve covers and saw no bolt/stud cylinder head bolts? Bought a set of 4. Removed one bolt at a time and torqued each bolt. Question, is it a good or bad idea to retorque all of the cylinder head bolts? I ended up retorque all cylinder to 95 ft. lb. front the center out. As they all where below 95 ft. lb. ? On a non-Ca.421 HO car, was the oil filler/breather cap mounted on the passenger side?

It’s fine to retorque them as long as the engine is cold.

The passenger side cover gets the fill cap.
