Default Anyone close to Brillion, Wisconsin?

Close- like under an hour close.. Possibly need a car check out by experienced eyes... 74 Formula.

For reference, Brillion is about midway between Manitowoc and Appleton on the east side of the state.

I don't know if my old eyes are experienced enough but I live just north of Brillion in the Green Bay area. I have some 2nd gen experience having owned a '70 Z28 for 20+ years. I would be willing to go take a look for you.
