Default WTB: 1956 parts car with AC

I'm looking for a well-optioned (or at least air-conditioned) parts car for my current Safari project. Intact 4bbl engine & trans would be a plus. Sheet metal, glass, trim do not matter. 6-way power seat would be nice. :-)

I'll even throw in a finder's fee for a solid lead that results in a purchase.

Probably too far away from you to be workable, but on Sacramento craigslist is an ad for a guy selling several '55 and '56 Pontiacs. Not many details given in the ad as to options but if you were interested you could call and ask.

Thanks! I'll check for that ad. I just transported the pair of Safaris from the state of Washington cross country to Long Island, NY. Even open trailer was expensive (with the broker fee, it came to $4,400 for the two cars). Transport is definitely something to consider. That said, it's always worth an ask.

Have a good one!

Oops. Ignore the multiple replies. Sorry about that. Looks like my browser cache didn't properly clear. LOL
