Default Sheetmetal Replacement, Floors, Trunk, Quarters, Rockers, etc.. where do I start?

Okay, I am about to embark on a big project, I am looking more for procedural advice for where to start. My '68 Firebird needs Full Floor, Inner/Outer Rockers, Inner/Outer wheelhouses, Quarters, Tail Pan, Inner lower tail pan, Trunk floor and drops, inner lower quarter panels @ door jamb. What would be my best thing to tackle first to make sure the body stays in good solid shape during the removal and installation of panels?

This car will also have some rear suspension work done in form of either CE or S&W Formed Framerails with front spring buckets moved inward so I can fit a 31"x13.5"-15 Hoosier Quick Time Pro on 15x10 Wheels with 5" back spacing. Planning on CalTracs on multi leaf springs with solid front bushing and sliders in the rear.

Eventually I want to mount the body to a Rotisserie and finish weld all of the panels and clean/paint the underside of the body as needed.

Isn’t that Dynacorn body a ‘69?

For something that extreme I recommend a body jig. Camaro and Firebird both would use same jig.
