Default Opinion of value 1977 GP with 42,000 original miles

Need some advice...a friend of mine has an opportunity to purchase a 42,000 mile all original 1977 GP...what would be a reasonable value? See the pics. Olds 403 engine.

1977 GP's don't get much respect as far a sell price........but with the low miles and no rust (assuming).... I would think $8 to $10 K.
The body color and Olds 403 is holding the price hostage.
Just my opinion.

With over 288k sold, and quite a few still around are a couple of reasons for a low selling price. As stated, that color combo and the Olds engine are hurting value. Definitely a $10k car with that low miles and condition based on the supplied photos.
