Default 69 Grand Prix mystery fuse

Can anyone tell me what this fuse is for ? It’s in that yellowish fuse holder
It’s right by the fuse block and it’s a miniature glass fuse .

See picture … and of course my pic is upside down

Has a brown wire, possibly tach ?

The car doesn’t have a tach . It has cruise control and a clock though

I’m also looking for the servo and servo bracket if you know anyone that has one
