Default 1962 GP Dashboard Light Bulbs?

Can anyone tell me what light bulbs I need to replace all of the ones in the dash? I’m old and gravitationally challenged so I’ll need to pull the drivers seat to get under there to work and having the replacement lamps on hand first would be great. Thanks!

The new sponsor catalog says you need #57 and #1816 bulbs, but not how many of each. Refer to page 154.
