I should read some of his works. I liked what I just read of his take on breathing, and that book may be a good start. I teach breathing as a huge integral part of my fitness training.

I try to keep in mind eastern belief in a level of detachment from physical things, and the concept of keeping a check on ego.

Another person who recognizes the value of breathing properly.
Korean Martial Artists teach that as part of their training.
Good job on your fitness training.
