Does anyone know where I can get 3 1/2 inch exhaust for a 75 Bird. Is anyone running that size exhaust on the their Bird and how hard was it to put on, will there be a clearance problem with that size.

There's a company in Valdosta, Georgia called Torque Tech, Inc. that makes complete mandrel bent exhaust systems for many cars in 2-/2", 3", and 3-1/2". The exhaust parts are of excellent quality, I purchased a 2-1/2" system two years ago for my '65 GTO, fit was great! I'm not sure if they have an "F" body kit, here's their number (912) 242-0691.

I have not used their 3 1/2" system (news to me they even make one), but I have used the 3". Fit and finish are first class.

The 3 1/2" was not out when we used a 3 inch/flowmaster on 68 bird last fall Worked well.
