Default Good seller, good shipping experience

So jcp430@gmail.com had some stuff for sale. John was great to work with. Appreciate the deal.

While trying to find a way to ship a Muncie, I recalled some folks suggested Fastenal. Turns out they ship store-to-store with a service called Blue Lane Freight. John wired the trans and a few related pieces to a small pallet and dropped it at his local Fastenal n eastern PA on Monday morning. My local in lower Alabama had it Thursday morning.

I was put of town and picked it up this morning, cost was $165.

Seemed simpler and better than when I got a disassembled 400 short block shipped YRC from upstate NY.

Not every Fastenal participates in the "third party" shipping. They can "opt" out. It's in the fine print on their website. The location here (las Cruces NM) has never participated.
