Default 1969 LeMans 350 2bbl air filter question

I recently received a 69 LeMans that I am working on. I have been trying to find a replacement air filter for it, but keep discovering odd discrepancies. The car has the 350 2bbl engine with the Dual Stage HD air cleaner. According to the original part # on the housing, it calls for an A277C filter. I cannot find much info on this part other than it was a pre-oiled foam over paper filter. There doesn't seem to be much info on an OEM replacement or equivalent substitute either. Oddly enough there doesn't even seem to be any listings on most filter manufacturers application or cross reference charts. Does anyone have any idea on where else I can look? The filter that is currently in it is 13" OD, 11-1/4" ID, and 2-1/8" Tall, but there are no markings of any type and I'm not convinced it is a proper replacement.

The non-HD filter was A331C. It should work for you.

So I purchased an AC Delco A331C, and it fits perfectly! Thanks again for the info.

All the HD filter option entailed is an oil soaked sponge snugged over the outside of the regular paper air filter. The air cleaner assemblies themselves were identical to the regular ones (except for the stencil-label of course).
