Default "nut & bolt" 78 T/A....

Nice job,but WHY?

I would think that a 16K original WS6/W72/stick would be worth MORE than a "restored" one....

I thought the same thing. I called and talked to the guy about what he needed for the car. I told him I would have rather had it unmolested, and he will get nothing back from his resto. I would have liked to have had it. It came from a dealership that my dad bought some new Pontiacs from in the mid 70,s. We actually went down when they got 2 74 SD cars in and looked at them. They were both ordered by one man who bought both of them. We still work on the Formula!

I watched it and figured it would go bigger $$$. It is originally equipped exactly like my no options project black '78. Or should I say un-equipped Built for speed.

It's definately got all the right stuff......radio delte is COOL....

Two of my 78's were built without radios....BOTH customer order cars....one of them is also a Norwood build...about 500 units after this one....

Note the "fogged" fuel/volt gauge lens?.........VERY common deal on this year.....

I'm just NOT a fan of the cheap "Camero seats/door panels " in these years.......make mine with Custom trim.....just looks right/better!....JMO

My 78 was ordered with just an AM radio that way it wasn't much more expensive than the delte radio ready(wiring harness and windsheild antenna) and I could at least listen to soem radio before I put in the Sanyo cassette player.

No Bird , plain interior-had to keep the costs down just getting out of school. Plain original interior still in it! Just wish I had not missed the W72 and and auto ,and the deale had not missed checking the WS6 box like he was supposed to.

I agree and unmolested "original" would have been worth more.
