Anybody know how many were built/sold? What was the vin of the last one? I know of a guy who thinks he might have it.

I want to say the last GTO off the line was Spice Red.....there was a thread about it on www.ls1gto.com

Ran across this thread again. The other day when I was searching for info on the cars to be auctioned from the GM Heritage Collection, I saw a story that had a photo and caption showing the last GTO in the Heritage Center. If I find it again I will post it.

I just bought my 2006 GTO with 14,000 miles on it.
It's 1 of 125 in this combo - Impulse Blue Metallic/Blue/Auto - 18" Wheels 125 7.93% 0.90%.
Bone stock, beautiful and loving it.

the last GTO is owned by the GM Heritage Collection we had a chance to see it at the GTOAA Nats in Columbus, OH in 2007
