This line was referring to them sending cars from the factory to install the CNC tops, not the Hurst ones. Very well aware that the Hurst equipped cars received the tops at the Hurst factory in Ohio once they left the Norwood plant.
And the "all of over the country" line was more indicative that Firebirds were made at the Van Nuys factory in California as well as Norwood, and was a generalization.
