Default Correct interior colors

1969 FB with Deluxe parchment interior scheme: I know the dash, carpets and front kick panels should be black, question is: should the visors, A -pillar pads and pinch weld moldings be white? or black, Thanks

Depends on bodystyle. On a parchment hardtop the black components are the dash area, carpet, kick panels, console, package tray, rear view mirror trim and belts. On the convertible the interior A pillar pads are black rather than parchment. In other words the items surrounding the headliner on a hardtop are all parchment including the visors, A pillar pads, pinch moldings and windlace around front and rear windows.

One thing to note about the pinch weld material, it only comes in black at this time. Or at least that was the case when I did my interior in 2020. You will have to dye/paint that stuff.

Default It is a coupe.

Thanks for the replies and my car is a coupe. The metal panel below the back window that the rear package tray slides under, should be "black" then as well? What is the best way to clean/prepare the pinch weld moldings prior to paint/dye? Thanks again.

Correct, back lite (rear window) surround is parchment on top and sides but steel lower panel (between shelf and window) should be black along with the two plastic lower trim bits that close out the two lower corners.
