What is the color code for the gold paint on the rims is it the same solar gold as car.

No. The Gold body paint is code 50 Solar Gold. The gold snowflake paint is code 55 Special Edition Gold. Various other GM brands used the same code with their own names. I think some variations were Placer Gold and Anniversary Gold. Plenty come up with a search on gold snowflakes or the GM paint code #82352 for code 55.
There's also variations in which match best, even GM had dramas with each batch and where it was mixed or used as to the make-up Not the best contrast against a sheet of similarly-coloured cardboard, here's GM paint samples of 50, 55 and 56. ![]() Last edited by Trevor78; 05-23-2023 at 11:12 PM. |
