Default What do I have here?

Had this carb laying around for years. Stamped number says 66 MT center. I know it's missing some pieces but is that what I really have?

Colors of air horn vs bowl makes me wonder if it was pieced together from a couple of parts carbs.

Float bowl may be a service replacement according to the stamped number and date.
Air horn and throttle plate looks like parts from a 1968-69 carb.
A real mess.
