Default Car transport

Hello,...anyone recommend or would share their experiences with car transports...I need a '70 Judge delievered to South East Ga. from mid-state Ohio...I know there are plenty of companies and that can do it right and can do it wrong regardless of the price they ask...I presume enclosed would be better. thanks

Blue,

Welcome to the boards! This is a great resource for the Pontiac enthusiast.

I used Passport Transport in Feb 2004 when I bought my GTO. They used enclosed carriers and came recommended from someone here on PY. Car was transported from mid-Michigan to SW Ohio. I was very happy with the move. Driver called me a couple of times during transit and made it to my place within 10 minutes of when he said he would. My car rode on top but the ones below were protected from those above. In talking with the seller, the driver took extreme care in loading the car. He used protective gloves and covered the seat in plastic before getting in. I saw the same care when unloading.

They were a bit more expensive that the other quotes I got but it was worth it.

Good luck, and post some pics when you can!
