They do have Friday night drags scheduled for Friday, 7/14. Looks like some will be headed to Texas Motorplex for the Friday night drags. Real 1/4 mile timed instead of the 1/8 mi pit road grudge racing at TMS. I'm making the 70 mile drive to Texas Motorplex myself.

What about visitors, can they come to the show, or is it closed for POCI members only. Visitors meaning people without cars just viewing the cars at the show

Well, it looks like I am about ready to go. I'll leave in the morning and get there Tuesday evening - if all goes well. Today was the worst weather day we've had for awhile. It got to at least 101, and it got humid. I guess it was preparing me for Texas.

I'd be interested too, and details for swap meet. About an 1-1/2 hour trip for me.

Tex, Thanks I did see it listed on their site.
I'm not running just looking for optional entertainment.
Cheers

Have a safe and fun trip, Jim. I'm sitting this one out. I was told to "bring my own shade". With the temps like they have been out there, I'll be home in the AC this year!!!!!! "Bill"!

We wanted to make clouds Friday night, but the track officials said "too much car."

This is a picture of my car at the show taken by Dave Anderson (Big Injun). I thought it came out great.

Points Judge and Popular Vote results are now posted on POCI's website. Go to "Annual Conventions", then scroll down to "2017 POCI Convention - Download & View Related Documents". Results are on a PDF file.
