Not sure if this would be close enough to you ... but I used these guys to recore my 68 GTO radiator.

https://northcountryautoradiator.com/

The result was nice, but I cannot give an opinion on their work, because like many radiator shops they just sent out my radiator to a re-coring facility somewhere. A lot of shops that offer recoring are not doing it themselves, they send it out to a facility that does mass, industrial re-coring.

Last shop in our town where you could go watch them actually do the work closed 20 years ago.

Had very nice work performed in Fort Worth, TX by:

Norman Radiator Service
2916 North Main Street
Fort Worth, TX 76106
817-624-9292

I have a four row core and they actually replaced some individual leaking tubes instead of just sealing them off for the restoration.

My heater and four row radiator cores were about $700 including labor and tax in 2020.

Ace Radiator in San Diego.
Shop has been around since 1921.
Located a block from the bridge in Barrio Logan.

I've had three radiators and heater core recored there.
Quality work, American parts.

I've had several radiators repaired and even a gas tank out of Ben's 1967 Pontiac station wagon done here. One of the radiators was out of a Bobcat about 10 years ago which at the time was over $600. for a new one.

It's a couple hours from me, and I used them once to open/clean/line a 1962 gas tank. Thanks for the reminder.

Thanks everybody for all the great information posted. You may never know who you have helped down the road. So sit back and have a cold one and toast yourself for a job well done.

I hope I don't get into trouble now. I started a twin to this thread on the 67-72chevytrucks.com forum. I will post a link to that thread so anyone looking for a radiator shop will have a larger database to locate a shop.
