I am pretty sure I called the host hotel and they were booked....unless you wanted a $300+ room that they had two of...

Did POCI set aside a block?

The host hotel is booked on Friday night already.

There is a Hilton Garden Inn just up the hill from the Isle. Are several hotels along I-74 that are pretty close too. Also are two hotels right off of I-80 in LeClaire. Those would be about a 10 minute drive down US 67 to the convention. At work right now but if you need anymore info I can try and help you out after work.

I would assume that there are going to be some cancelations as with any event. Is there a wait list to be put on and get a reservation somewhere else as a back up? Hope to see some of you guys there! I will be mostly at the swap selling full size parts, plan to sport my Darksider shirts over the weekend.

I would post a "let me know via PM if a cancellation happens" on the POCI FB page. Maybe also post here in the "Members Helping Members" to that effect.

Likewise, as well as my white Postal Service pith helmet...and the nerdy white socks and black shoes...and the Schlitz in my hand.

For other PYers, please flag me down if I don't recognize ya...

I will be there. Looking forward to the J-D tour, saw the plant once on "modern marvels" and was amazed.
Bringing the Firebird but will be hanging out a lot with the G/P chapter gang.
Looking forward to meeting a lot of old and new friends.

Plenty of parking at the casino parking ramp. Friday is points judging day, Saturday is official "show" day. All the cars will be there that day.
