Default 2000 Firebird V6 NO Power

I'm asking people's opinion on my 2000 Firebird. It has 160,000 miles and has no power. It will only run 50mph, accelerates very slowly and will only turn 1600 to 1800 under load. It starts, idles and revs in park. I believe this has been a slow progression of loss of power.

At first I thought that it's a fuel issue. Now I think it could be a catalytic converter issue.
Thanks

Could be the fuel pump?

When was the last time you got it tuned?
