'70 Seat Belts

I took the front seat belts out months ago, and don't recall how they bolt back in. Does the metal plate go under, between, or on top of the two belts that bolt to the floor near the consol? Facing in what direction? Can some one post a pic? Thanks.
On that same issue, How do the front seat belts store in the brackets that are attached to the console? Again a picture is worth a thousand words!!!
